The following is by no means an exhaustive list of resources. Listed are universities and institutions that currently offer materials. Other sites with educational materials will be added shortly. Plans are in the future to provide a much more detailed list with search functions. In the mean time, there are plenty of things to explore below.

University of California, Berkeley

Nine complete courses are available on Youtube. Video only.

Carnegie Mellon University

The openlearninginitiative from Carnegie Mellon offers users interactive exercises within each discipline. Video, audio, animation, and readings are intermittently used. Interestingly, instructors can register for free to receive data on how students are progressing with the material. Click here to take a tour, or browse the offerings yourself.

George Mason University, Department of Health Administration and Policy

Eleven courses devoted to health administration issues. These courses are lengthy, with exercises and video tutorials. Audio lectures are also present.

Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)

MIT has more than 1,800 courses available online, many with video or audio of lectures, course notes, exams, syllabi, and assignments.

MIT Highlights for High School

"Highlights for High School features MIT OpenCourseWare materials that are most useful for high school students and teachers."

Another interesting resource from MIT. Materials from here may be more practical for some of our classes.

Tufts University

Forty-two courses available on medicine and other topics.

Utah State University

With 76 courses on offer, it seems that Utah State University is collaborating with MIT and some other universities to make available some courses that were unoffered online. Courses include notes, quizzes, and assignments, and some include audio or video of lectures and instructor communication to students.

University of Washington

Eleven short courses available. Requires registration.

Wikiversity

"Wikiversity is a Wikimedia Foundation project which aims to further the discovery and distribution of knowledge in a very natural way, by helping each other to learn." A very promising site from the makers of Wikipedia.

Yale University

Seven complete courses are available here with video and audio, syllabi, and descriptions of some assignments.
